This series focuses on Mercedes and Alejandro's experience on their way to Tofino, British Columbia and how they felt during their camping trips along Tofino’s coast. Alejandro surfed the waves, while Mercedes, was on the coastline photographing him and interacting with the ocean and its movement.

The four paintings, Long Beach, Cox Wave, Seashells, and Double-Up, are dedicated to the natural elements that were present in their lives: sand, sunshine, trees, and surfers working at the seaside.
