"It was my first experience with textured art. I arrived at the workshop feeling awkward and unsure of what to expect but the calming atmosphere of the studio felt comforting. As I observed the blank canvas, tools and art materials my discomfort increased but when Mercedes began her instruction, I started to work with the paste, the spatula, etc. I felt relaxed, curious and even excited. "My friends and I did the Textured Art Experience on a Friday night and had the best time! We were looking for something fun and interactive where we could also socialize, enjoy each other’s company, and have a drink—and this was absolutely perfect.
It was our first time ever doing textured art, so we went in with low expectations for how our pieces would turn out. But Mercedes and Alejandro were incredible teachers, and we were all genuinely amazed at how much we loved our finished artwork.
